These SMS Terms apply when you choose to receive text messages from Elite Smiles by Walter Meden DDS.

Text messages are only sent when you actively opt in, such as by checking the SMS consent box on an Elite Smiles website form or by otherwise clearly requesting text follow-up from our office.

Program Description

If you opt in, Elite Smiles may send customer care text messages related to your consultation request, scheduling, appointment confirmations, reminders, and responses to your questions.

Message frequency varies depending on your request, appointment activity, and communication with our office.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out

You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of future text messages. After opting out, we may send one final message confirming your unsubscribe request.
